Earl Grey Iced Tea

Ingredients
2 cinnamon sticks
1 tablespoon Earl Grey tea leaves
250ml (1 cup) orange juice
2 teaspoons finely grated orange zest
honey to taste (about 2 tablespoons is good)
750ml (3 cups) water
ice cubes
1 orange, sliced into thin rounds (for garnish)

Method
Place the cinnamon stick, tea leaves, orange juice, orange zest and water into a pan.

Slowly bring to a simmer. Add honey and stir to dissolve.

Remove from heat and allow to cool. Once mixture has cooled, strain into a jug and refigerate until cold.

Serve with ice cubes and garnish with orange slices.

Makes 4 glasses
