Returns and refunds

Our refund policy is standard and not complicated. If your parasol is faulty at all we will replace it, but you must send the faulty one back to us, (C.O.D. is OK.)

We do not refund for change of mind.

However, we are happy to exchange your parasol if you want a different colour or style, (all postage costs must be paid by you.)
